  • Which forms of payment does DC Reflection accept? +

    We accept payment in the form of credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover), Pay Pal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and online gift cards.

  • How can I request a merchandise return and/or refund? +

    We are happy to issue a store credit, or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unused merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or store credit must be unworn / unwashed / unused and have their original tags and packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for complete details regarding returns, exchanges, and restocking fees.

  • When will my order be processed? +

    We process and ship all orders within 72 hours (3 business days) of the order confirmation, in accordance to your selected payment method. If you are placing your order on a weekend or a holiday, please add an addtional 48 hours (3-5 days) for processing time.

  • When will I receive my order tracking information? +

    Upon placing your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email which includes your order information. Once your order is processed, you'll be able to "Track Orders".

  • Is there an option to modify or alter an order after it has been placed? +

    Regrettably, no. As soon as an order is placed, you are not able to cancel or make modifications to the order. All sales are final. Please note our apologies for any inconvenience

  • Are there any discount exclusions? +

    Please note that discount codes do not apply to sales items, DC Reflection Club Memberhips, or DC Reflection Gift Cards..

  • How do I purchase a Gift Card? +

    Simply add the Gift Card to your shopping cart, and select the desired amount from $25 to $500. Finally, enter in your contact information and payment information to complete your purchase.

  • Does the full amount of a Gift Card have to be used on one order? +

    No, you can spend the whole amount in one order -- or -- you can use the gift card in several orders (as long as there remains a stored value on the Gift Card).

  • Can I use a discount code when purchasing a DC Reflection Club Membership or Gift Card? +

    Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes to a DC Reflection Club Membership or Gift Card purchase. If you have additional items in your shopping cart along with a DC Reflection Club Membership or Gift Card, your discount code will still be applied to the other qualifying items.

  • What discounts are available at DC Reflection? +

    Our Premium Members (members which have been with us in excess of 10 years) experience a 10% discount. DC Reflection Club Members experience a 5% discount. From time to time, DC Reflection may offer various sales which extend a "special" discount in accordance to promotion terms. These discounts are published along with each individual sales event.
